Do you accept international returns and exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not accept international exchanges at this time.
- According to the Distance Selling Regulation you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you receive the goods. If you want to cancel your order please provide us the notice to firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back your order.
- Once you have notified us of the cancellation, the sum of your order will be refunded to you as soon as we received your package.
- The return is made at your own cost once you have made the cancellation of the contract.
- If you received the goods you are responsible to take reasonable care of them and you must send the goods back to us in their original condition within 14 days from the collection of the goods.
- We reserve the right to make a charge of not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods.
Who is responsible for duties and taxes?
All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Duties, customs, brokerage fees, and/or taxes are billed directly to the customer and are not included in the item price or stated shipping charges on our website. What if I refuse delivery?
Any refusal or unauthorized return of an international shipment will result in a $20 re-processing fee. Refused packages are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as duties and taxes.

Damaged goods policy
- Make sure you check all items as soon as you receive them.
- If you want to make a complaint contact us at email@example.com as soon as you notice the damage on your item, but not later than 7 days after delivery.
- When a complaint is made an investigation of the goods will be started. Before the item will be returned back you need to show proof of the defect, preferably by sending us photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org
- If the complaint is accepted we will pay the return cost and refund you the money as soon as we received the return.
